Making a Change
So now that you know all this: now what? Well, it’s time to make a decision! My approach to recovery is: take it step by step. This probably won't work for everybody, but even if you don't want to do it like this, maybe it will give you a nudge in the direction that is right for you. If the people around you don’t know about your anorexia, you might be thinking about going through recovery alone as well. Are sure that’s a good idea?
It’s also important to realize that anorexia isn’t just about food. There are some tricky questions you need to ask yourself, to figure out why this is happening and how to stop it.
