Getting it right

It can be hard to know what you should eat, what is normal, after a long time of restricting your eating. You might find these guidelines to eating right useful. They give you an idea of what is normal, what to do and what not to do.
When you start eating more, you might
binge, or be afraid of it. In addition to information on how it works and how to deal with binges, there is also a page on purging.
A major stumbling block for many anorexics, including myself is the
preoccupation with weight. How does it really work? Why can’t you just decide to be at a weight you feel good about? There is also a schedule to give you a general idea what a healthy weight would be for your length. Gaining weight can be really scary. However, there are some things you might consider when you are freaked out and ready to relapse.Once you're doing well, you'll want to keep it that way. To increase your chances of success, make sure you make a relapse prevention plan .
